SEO工作职责：
1、分析、评估、建议网站和商城的关键词，帮助网站可以在此基础上排名靠前；
2、分析、评审、建议并不断完善内部链接分布，开拓网站外部链接；
3、评估、分析公司各项产品是否符合搜索引擎优化要求，提升搜索引擎友好度；
4、分析、制定网站内部优化方案，与网页设计师及程序员配合执行网站结构的整体解决方案；
5、分析、评审搜索引擎付费关键词的相关性、合理性并改进投放效果；
6、完善内部SEM平台，分析研究和监控竞争对手。

岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，计算机、市场营销、电子商务等相关专业背景；
2、1年以上SEO相关工作经验，有大型网站或电子商务网站工作经验者优先；
3．精通搜索引擎优化技术，并有成功的整站优化案例；
4、熟悉百度竞价、Google AdWords后台，具有长期投放使用经验；
5、熟悉HTML、CSS、JavaScript等页面语言；
6、具备良好的沟通能力、强烈的责任心、创新意识和学习能力，具有团队合作精神；


网络推广工作内容：
1）研究、评估各类媒体、社区的特性，分析媒体人群根据媒体特性撰写软文，充分挖掘、发挥媒介社区的传播力量；  
2）制定口碑传播计划，反馈执行结果并不断优化提升效率。  
3）负责口碑话题的收集、制作、发布、维护及其效果监测；  
4）负责口碑营销的推广渠道论坛、博客、WIKI的管理、维护、拓展，确保口碑推广的有效执行。
